Each year we nominate a charity to focus our fundraising efforts and for the past two years we have chosen Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Services. The support that they offer to our local community is astounding and they manage to help more and more people each year.
Last week we were delighted to attend their Annual General Meeting. The afternoon was filled with feel good stories about how the charity has helped its members as well as a special performance from the ADSS choir.
Whilst at the event, we were pleasantly surprised to find a picture of our Partner of the firm, Hardeep Gill and Marketing Executive, Kellie featured within their Impact booklet. The picture is from ADSS grand opening of their dementia friendly garden where we donated £961.16. The fund will help to transform lives, change attitudes, create a society that is more dementia friendly and care for people affected by dementia.
The afternoon left us feeling positive and we look forward to finding others ways to support this growing, local charity.
